All packages are shipped from Elk Grove Village , IL via UPS Ground. Orders are shipped within the USA and to Canada.
Sales Tax
We are located in Illinois and required by law to collect a 10% Illinois State sales tax on orders delivered within Illinois.
Return Policy
We accept unused merchandise for exchange or refund within 14 days since the date of shipment. We will refund the full purchase price minus shipping charges and stuck fee 15% but not less than $5.00. We do Refund on our Store Credit Card. All items must be returned in unused condition - like new - in original packing or refund will be refused. Before return, you have to get return number by e-mail - return@jedrex-carpfishing.com - The merchandise has to be send on your cost. Used or broken tackle are not acceptable for exchange or refund. We recommend to use trackable methods of shipment for all returns, e.g. US Postal Service delivery confirmation. We do not carry responsibility for the lost packages or damage merchandise during transportation.
Warranty
Warranty period for Jaxon , Mikado , Dragon , Tandem Baits rods and reels is 6 month* from the date on a receipt or invoice , if any claims caused by the quality it self , but mechanical and misuse damage (like break , scratch etc.) is not accepted,only manufactured fault . We provide free repair service or free spare parts, or free replacement or exchange on similar item, of defective tackle or refund of the tackle cost.
( Shipping & Handling charge required, is vary depend of item )
Shipping charges are not refundable.

To ensure proper and immediate service in the defective tackle shipment must be included:
- Description of the defects and circumstances of their happening;
- All broken parts;
- Address , telephone number and e-mail address;
- $15.00 payment by check or money order to cover back shipment of repaired tackle. We will provide information about the status of repairing process. We guarantee to repair or to replace the defective tackle in the shortest time.
The reels & rods from Europe will be fixed FREE within 14 days, but maximum 180 days, from the date of received , if damage was done with manufactured fault and no longer than 30 days after of purchase. The receipt of purchase and/or warranty card is require.
The other reels and rods can be fixed or replace in 30days if damage was done no longer than 14 days of purchase. After the 14 days you have to send or bring defective merchandise to the service provide by
factory of the merchandise.
The following situations are not under our warranty:
- If the tackle was not sold by Jedrex Tackle & Bait;
- If the tackle was damaged by improper use;
- If the tackle was damaged by bad maintenance;
After Warranty Service
We have grate services for rod or reel of Jaxon , Mikado , Dragon and Tandem Baits ,when the warranty period is expired. Please, contact us for free repair estimate.

Product Use Disclaimer
The fishing tackle we present in our store must be used exclusively for fishing.
Our rods are produced from high-density carbon - perfect conductor of the electric current. We strongly recommend not using it as poles for antennas, flags, etc. Fishing is prohibited with the distanced less than 300 feet from the electric lines. Fishing must be immediately stopped when thunderstorm is approaching.
Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances Jedrex Tackle & Bait maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product sold. Jedrex Tackle & Bait shall not, under any circumstances, be liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims related to the products it sells, which exceeds the liability limit. Jedrex Tackle & Bait shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, loss or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not Jedrex Tackle & Bait is apprised of the possibility of such claims or damages.
